Businessman Olorogun Michael Ibru is dead.
He died on Tuesday barely four months to his 86th birthday, after a protracted illness.
He was born on December 25, 1930.
The deceased was the patriarch of the Ibru family and first among seven children of the late Pa Epete Ibru, a missionary worker, who was also a Nursing Superintendent at Igbobi Orthopaedic Hospital, Lagos, and late Madam Janet Omotogor Ibru, a fish trader who traversed the creeks of the Niger Delta to transact business.
